Hi Jackie, Elaine and Louise & all,

Your e-mails have been very helpful. Thank you all for the input. Now I

have a direction too where I am headed to try. In May 99 my husband and

I both went on a Yeast & potato free diet and I lost 30 lbs. in about 45

days. I felt better than I had in several years. When I started to

back off the diet, only the great one knows why, I started getting the

hives, which I then thought was chiggar or mite bites. I haven't gotten

back on the diet yet, but now I am going to try this way.

I have to run, my hubby is home now. Thanks again for your input. You

are a wise one.
