Don't know if it has to do with the herniated disc in my back though. Don't have the burning sensation you describe with it. Thanks for the info on vitamin B and folic acid. I have really slacked on the vitamins and should probably get back on them, but I just can't stand swallowing any more pills right now. I take enough Ibu to choke a hoarse so I guess I have to change my mindset. I know I should take vitamins, but so many have ingredients we shouldn't take due to strengthening the immune system.
