Hi :

here. I'm having numbness and tingling in my left foot. Don't

know if it has to do with the herniated disc in my back though. Don't

have the burning sensation you describe with it.

Thanks for the info on vitamin B and folic acid. I have really slacked

on the vitamins and should probably get back on them, but I just can't

stand swallowing any more pills right now. I take enough Ibu to choke a

hoarse so I guess I have to change my mindset. I know I should take

vitamins, but so many have ingredients we shouldn't take due to

strengthening the immune system.
