Guest guest
This may be a silly question, but... When I wake up in the morning, of course my hands are swollen, stiff and sore, but if I put my hands together, like in a praying position, my middle fingers (the worst problem area) will lay relatively flat against each other. But after I start using them a bit they start to arch away at the middle knuckle. I have been up and moving for 2 hours or so right now and when I put my hands together in that position only the palms and the finger tips touch. They will only relax back when they are at rest for a few hours. If I am doing something that requires holding on to something for a period of time, like driving, they stay in that curved position longer before I can flex them again. Anyone else?
