Guest guest
Hi Myra, a few questions on your posting: >This is the > first thing on Dr. Harry Roth's short list of things to eliminate as > a possible cause of Chronic Urticaria. Where can I get this list? Or have I already seen it in one form or other? > For two weeks you > should only eat foods that have no and perhaps low salicylates. > This is to test if this makes a difference for you. I have a general problem with these " test diets. " Right now I'm in remission and almost nothing gives me hives - not eating sugary foods, not banging myself anywhere, whereas when I'm hiving, these things bring on almost instant hives. So how do I do a test diet at a time when I have no hives? Or must I wait until I'm in a hive-mode (please, God, may it never come)? Guest guest
Dear Busy Myra, I would like more information on salicylates. I would be so thankful. I feel as if this and maybe the UTI maybe of some use. I am working on the dental problems. It has proven true about the tomato and tomato sauces. I break out. Also I have noticed coffee maybe one of the things that is not good for me. Before UC I drank a lot of coffee dailey. Lots. When I went into the hospital and when I went on steroids I did not drink more that 1 or 2 cups a day. No taste for it. Sunday was a stressful day and i had 4 cups. I have broked out on my legd and stomach . So, back to 1 or 2 at the most a day. I really appreciate all the love and info you give us. Hugs back to you.
