Walford is not an authority regarding

supplements. Supplementing is a highly provocative issue. www.lef.org used to be quite a good source of

information but seem too commercialized now. They seem to have high quality

products though. You might want to take a peek at www.morelife.org too.

I would say the minimum would be a

multivitamin from a big known company, and extra Gamma E tocopherol.

Micky.

Anyone recommend good source for pharmaceutical grade

vitamin

supplements? Most of the multi- supplements seem

off-base with

Walford's recommendations.

Hi:

Just wondering if anyone has tried any specific type supplemnts that

have helped. Several here have suggested Vit B's & c and Fish Oil.

Any other suggestions. I'm not very informed on homeopathics, but am

very interested at this point. Thanks.

Here's a link to a page from which you can check drug interactions and they include many herbals or supplements.

Asking your pharmacist may be another good way to get information on this because they are specialists in medicines. God bless.

Hi All,As recommended to me by my mother-in-law, who is really into this, I amthinking about taking Celadrin, Emu Oil and MSM for inflammation and jointsupport, and Primal Defense for digestion. Does anybody have experiencewith these? I am not sure if I can take these with the Humira I take for my RAbecause it warns about certain herbs but of course doesn't say which ones! Itmay be somethings I end up taking when and if I try to conceive a childbecause I would want to be off all meds then.I called the Humira medical info line but they couldn't tell me anything because they had never done clinical studies that included supplements. We determined that it was my mail-order pharmacy that put the warning sticker on the boxThanks,
