According to the Great Smokies test I took, it indicated that grapefruit seed extract was the most powerful non-prescription product. I took it, along with doing the diet, and eradicated Candida -- though I might have it back because I have not cleared up my gut in other ways (but it's NOT leaky any more, Ethel :-) ) The product I used combined grapefruit seed extract and pau d'arco, and I herxed something fierce on it. I still have swollen lymph glands two-and-a-half years later from the initial reaction. I suggest you start VERY conservatively.
