So, last time I needed to lose 10 pounds, I did the Slimfast thing, along with situps every day. I just had a look at the back of this Slimfast (Orange/Pineapple...quite good!), and it's got iodine in it!! 25% of the rda. Is that too much?? Geez. AND it's got zinc and iron in it.
