Guest guest
Oh, wow. Why is it that DMPS can be used continually? Why not DMSA??? (I know ALA it is because it impairs copper excreetion or something so you need a " break " ) Can you get DMPS without a perscription? Where do you get your DMPS from? How " important " is this? Like if doing DMPS was the ONLY way I'd ever get better, and DMSA is going to hurt me and not work; then it is major important. If it really isn't that big of a deal (like DMSA should be fine since I am taking it now ok, and etc) then not that important. Here is why: my doctor might do it if I really work alot at asking him; but I dont want to annoy him because I need his help with other things (like my adrenal and thyroid problems, i need rx testosterone cream, etc and I'm hoping to do Vitamin C iv, etc) . My doctor's view on the mercury is: since my mercury was high on an " unchallenged " urine test - he said well that is good that your body is excereting it; but we dont know how much is stored. He thought there were so many other " major " issues going on right now that it was better to sort through those first and " let my body excrete some of the mercury " . (Especially since I've had no dental fillings ever, and only the " baby " vaccines, nothing past then. So we dont know where the mercury came from???). He did really want me to do a DMPS injection (? or IV) test, or if not a high dose oral DMSA challenge. He said that would conclusively show how much was " in " me. I said I was not comfortable with that. He is not okay with me doing DMSA or DMPS unless I have a really high level on a challenge test. He is okay with ALA. So, I just started doing DMSA on my own. I thin it would be extremely difficult to get an Rx for DMPS from him. Any advice on whether this is " worth " it or can I do okay just sticking with DMSA for a while then adding ALA. Is DMSA likely to continue to be available for the next couple years? --- TK wrote: > > > TK--- You can chelate with DMPS alone continually if > your body can > handle it, one of the advantages of using DMPS. > > > > > > > > > > I am having tobuble understanding something: you > said > > > THREE WEEK ROUNDS?
