improve immune system ?

I have had rheumatoid arthritis for 16 years. I have been on enbrel

for 3 years and it works great for arthritis but my immune system is not

to good .I think I will start a vitamin like stresstab with zinc does

any one know of a better way to improve my immune system

I believe I can help to balance my immune system though:

Satisfying activity that I'm passionate about, being around people

who love me, a meticulous whole foods diet (no junk), plenty of rest,

minimizing stressors (as able), acupuncture, Reiki, massage, fresh

air, swimming, the hot tub and steam room at the YMCA, beautiful

music and art...and a feeling of hope (which can be nurtured by

monitoring how we mentally " talk to ourselves " )

Nutritional supplements are great, but avoid " immune system boosting "

ones, because, as you know, our problem is an overactive immune

system.
