Guest guest
Understood. So, my urine test with elevated protein is a positive for Mercury considering I was using ALA at that time of the test, correct? (Along with the counting rules of course). I did have my hair test with me when I saw the M.D. She was interested but didn't have time to go over a life history in 30 minutes BUT promising. If ALA can help all the unusual problems I have this will be the miracle. It is almost to easy to believe but I am willing to test. :-) Lee -- Re: Challenge testing > > > > I may have just done a challenge test w/o knowing it. TK--- the only safe way to do a challenge is to do the test [if you have to or need to for some reason ie insurance] during a normal round of chelation taking a 24hr urine sample starting the end of the second day. Do not do what most doctors call a challenge test where you use large doses infrequently, it will redistribute Hg and make you worse. > > Lee > >
Guest guest
My hair test was high probability of Mercury. Porphrins test was 2 X's norm but I was chelating at the time. I mentioned this to the doc and she was interested in learning about it. I am responding to this quickly so sorry if I didn't address other issues.
