It didn't bother me and as far as symptoms, I'm still having the same watery diarrhea, but much less frequently. Rather than going 3-6 times in the morning, I'm only going once or twice. My problem wasn't D, it was C and lots of inflammation and pain. Within 24 hours of the intro diet, the pain was to a tolerable level and I was able to stop pain meds and haven't started back in 7 months. I still have C problems and hope one day, as I am able to add more fiberous food into my diet, that it will go away too. You are def seeing results fairly quickly. YAY!!!!I still have a question about the carrots - I'm seeing bits of carrot in my stools and the stools themselves are pretty orange. Is that normal? Or does that mean that I'm not digesting them properly? I have been on SCD 7 months and whenever I go intro my stools have an orange color to them as well. Did you have undigested food in your stools before SCD? After 2-3 days on the intro diet, you should start adding new foods, one at a time, in 2-4 day intervals. My body tolerated different meats before veggies. I go back to intro when I can feel that I am getting inflammation and after a couple days it's gone I start adding foods back in 2 day intervals. I have never had DCCC. It's not important. You can drip your yogurt until it is really really thick and use it in recipes. Again, just try things slowly and if your body handles it, then great!!!
