Lump/roll above myo incision

I am about 3-1/2 months post myo, and like others I have been fretting about

the roll of tissue still left above my bikini incision. Nothing scientific

here, but I feel that it has been going down more rapidly since I've started

putting a heating pad on it at night before going to bed.
