No matter how long I run it in the food processor (and sometimes I run it til the darn thing overheats), it never gets completely smooth...it's more like the consistency of chunky peanut butter. Is this because my food processor isn't strong enough? Am I doing something wrong? Anyone have any suggestions how to get it smoother. I'm saving up to buy a Vitamixer, but in the meanwhile do want to make a smoother nut butter. Any suggestions?
