I've also been concerned about this very issue. Elaine says

it's " legal " in her book, but has anyone checked recently to ensure

the production process hasn't changed since the book was published?

Did the Welchs Elaine approved also contain Vitamin C?

their calcium fortified juices. BOTH companies use a calcium supplement

that has starch in them. This makes their calcium fortified juices

see if they add the Vitamin C in any kind of a starch base? I have

The Welch's I've been getting is not calcium fortified...it's

Vitamin C fortified. Wonder if there are illegals added to the

Vitamin C?
