You're not alone in missing Diet Coke. :) I believe Elaine addresses this in BTVC. Doesn't she say we can have one diet soda per week?

Yes, she says if it's sweetened with aspartame or Nutri-Sweet you can have one a week, saccharin 2-3 a week but no other sweeteners are permitted. I hope this helps everyone who is craving diet soft drinks.

Hello,There are a couple of recipes at http://www.scdrecipe.com/recipes.html for soda type drinks. The Strawberry Soda one sounds good. And at, http://nomorecrohns.com/beverages.aspx she has a recipe for Lime Soda which I would think would be similar to Sprite. has been wanting soda lately. I've been looking online trying to find something that is legal because everything I can find around here has caramel color and other things that I don't know what they are and don't trust. I haven't come across anything yet but will let you know if I do.Best wishes,Kim H.husband, , CD 1999SCD 2002
