Hi eileen,

If I were you, I'd invest in a candy thermometer - that way you'll know

the precise temperature it was at. " Just under " is a bit vague, but if it

really was

just under, that seems fine as that is the zone the acidophilus love.

But if you are worried, I'd allow it to ferment several more hours. Say 5

hours or so.

I have one - I'm a spaz -should have said it was around the 105

degree line - ok to eat ??? had already stopped fermenting

That's not low - that's perfect range.

Fine to eat.

(Though, just for future reference, as long as you haven't started refrigerating

yet, you

can always restart up the fermentation process.)

thanks i always go straight to fridge - good to know! why do they

have the " green ideal as higher than???

thought 110 was ideal???
