Guest guest
My son and I tolerate soaked sunflower seeds much better than we do almonds (soaked or unsoaked). This is a happy thing, because sunflower seeds are much cheaper!I would like to make a sunflower seed bread that can be frozen. It doesn't need to be perfect. Before I start experimenting, I thought I would ask if anyone on here has located or created a successful recipe. I can use eggs and ghee but no other dairy. If not sunflower, then a bread made of any seed or nut but no-dairy-except-ghee would also be great. My first impulse was to adapt Lois Lang's bread recipe, but that one relies heavily on DCCC, which we're not up to yet.Baden_
