nut butter pancakes question

i am 4 weeks into scd aNd was making the banana nut butter pancakes and

they were great. they had a cake like consistancy and we could't tell

the differance. all of a sudden i cannot get them to turn oout. now

they are eggy in consistancy and i cannot figure it out. anyone that

can help please do.
