Guest guest
Pris, hello I kept getting occular migraines without a headache nust the eye thing almost once a week they took me off the hormones. And my RA acted up terribly and hasnt felt better since. I now get the occular migraines about once a month. Very strange. My rhematologist tells me to tell the gyno to go back on the hormones I would probably feel better but they wont let me. I like to crochet and havent been able to since all this has happened. I keep having to take prednisone bursts. Then that makes me not sleep and wnat to eat viscious cyle, as I am sure you know. Take care Sandy
Guest guest
Pris, Yes it starts like an aura of flashing lights.. kind of like an arc. You can't really see to read or anything it seems as though things are movng you can even see these when your eyes are closed they seem really bright.. Kinda scary at first. But I sit in a dark room with eyes closed about 15 minutes and it usually goes away..Some people get headaches after this but I don't... I hope this helps .Also I usually get one right before my cycle. This is when my arthritis feels the worst..Odd I hope this helps Sandy NELLIESTAR@... wrote: I kept getting occular migrainesCan you describe specifically how it changes your vision? Thanks,PrisWatch for the Performing Pigs in Your Area!www.valentinesperformingpigs.com__________________________________________________
Guest guest
Sometimes they last really long. I've had this one for a week now, off and on. The severity has decreased a lot, but the flashes are still there. ----- Original Message ----- From: Sandy Myers Rheumatoid Arthritis Sent: Thursday, January 20, 2005 1:50 PM Subject: Re: for Pris re occular migraines Pris, Yes it starts like an aura of flashing lights.. kind of like an arc.
