He and his daughter Nell ran a wonderful company that has contributed about 250 million dollars to various charities including some to fund camps for children with health issues related to diet. These camps have been important in helping children with Crohn's, Celiac, and various other disorders to experience camp and learn something about nutrition as it relates to their conditions.
