Yes, the casein in milk is still present in yogurt. And if you drip

the yogurt or eat any kind of cheese you will have even more

concentrated casein. I'm allergic to both casein and whey protein,

but I'm going to try goat yogurt because goat milk has much less

casein and I can drip off most of the whey.

fyi...sheep's milk is much less allergenic even than goats milk ...I'm currently fightin my city council for the right to get a sheep for milk ( & lawn mowing lol!) and since they recently adopted a food sustainability" initiative --I actually have a half decent chance of winning!! & sheep are much more neighborhood friendly --not ornery or as noisey as goats can be & very docile ( & in my opinion--exceptionally sweet --my friend who has them says they absolutely adore hugs & ear scratches!! ) something to try for other animal lovers/cow dairy sensitive folk out there :-) gisele
