In BTVC there is a recipe. You basically cook it down and add honey. I put mine in canning jars and stick it in the freezer. You don't need to add apple peels for the pectin. Katy

Hi Jodi,I cook down frozen blackberries, add honey to taste, mash it through a strainer to get rid of the seeds, and add a packet of gelatin. I dissolve the gelatin in a little water before adding to the berry mash.Hope this helps.Take care,Kim H.husband, , CD 1999SCD 2002
