Guest guest
Also when I was diagnosed with celiac, I though no big deal and thought I could eat gf with no sweat. after eating processed foods and not healing, only then a alternative MD Dr. Gambee gave me BTVC book and that was 4 years ago which am doing good.So that is why my website says GlutenFreeEugene, I wanted to help others as I got help, so I feel it is a process getting diagnosed, going off the illegals and learning how to cook all over again that people will search for help, and by having a gf web site it will come up, from there people will get the help they need. Usually it leads them to SCD.Some of the recipe books I have bought, I have had coiled bindings put on, so nice to be able to flip them open to read or cook a recipe. Just thought I would pass this on.JAHSCD 4 yearshttp://www.glutenfreeeugene.org/xl2/scd.html
