sugar

can one survive without basically any sugar ie honey etc for an

extended period of time? i think im not doing great with honey and it

would be the last remaining source of sugar in my diet with the

exception of the occasional cashew cookie flavored larabar (which has

dates in it)

will i be depriving myself of needed energy? how long can i go without

any sugar in this form?

(should be an olympic sport - i guarantee it will be dramatic!)
