Guest guest
Dana, OK, let me see if I'm understanding you correctly. You've been on SCD for 2 years and have been doing fine. You've been under a lot of stress, and have been eating many things you should not eat -- probably including a number of non-SCD foods, ie, illegals. You went on a wine bender at the start of your vacation, partly in an effort to wind down from all the stress. Now you are feeling lousy. What do you think the answer about returning to the intro diet, ie, to easy to digest foods, for a period of time should be? <g> I think you already answered your own question! (Hope your vacation is a success and you can get rid of the stress and not get wound up again when you return to work!) About your ribs... I legitimately don't have a concrete answer on it. Perhaps someone else has experienced this and can offer a suggestion. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
