Assuming what you are taking does not need to be encapsulated, yes, you

could try opening the capsule and mixing the supplement with

something.

Otherwise, you would need to have it prepared using a gelatin capsule.

Many vegan or vegetarian capsules are made of starch and can be a problem

for us SCDers.
