I hadn't heard that either, I'm going to try and check out the wording. Just remember though that older supplies/labels, ones that were made up until Dec 08, could be on the shelves for awhile depending on how fast the product stays around. Katy

I called them and they told me that this was due to new FDA regulations on supplements stating that all ingredients from all suppliers along the chain must be listed starting jan. 09(which is a good thing for us!)
