Guest guest
Go on healing crow and ask about it and research in their archives. MaraMy problem is that I do well for awhile starving out the candida bugs, but then I slip and fall down, I cant seem to break the vicious cycle. I have started working with enzymedica to help with digestion and candida. It is hard to starve them out and keep them gone.Any suggestions besides not eating a lot of deserts?JAHSCD 4 yearshttp://www.glutenfreeeugene.org/xl2/scd.html
Guest guest
For people who have digestive disorders, it means constant vigilance with candida-trigger foods, no matter how SCD-legal. In addition to making sure I don't eat some of the trigger foods more than once in a long while, I've found that I also need to pay attention to the legal foods my digestion still doesn't cope with. Any foods that trigger my chronic GI symptoms means that I'll get increased fermentation, which throws off my gut ecology in a day or two and I'll get my early-warning signs of a candida surge. For me it's been a fine line keeping my gut ecology balanced, and keeping the candida levels down and under control. Takes constant work. Kim M.
