Guest guest
Hi, Group. First the good news. I now have a doctor here in Billings, Montana who not only will give me the monthly IV but who was genuinely interested in the AP. Said he had read about it in a couple of articles and that he likes to keep on the EDGE of medicine. He is a 72 year old neurologist who does chelation. I gave him all my Road Back literature and he wants to read SCLERADERMA and THE NEW ARTHRITIS BREAKTHROUGH which I will take to him. Had a really rough time finding my cleocin; however, and a pharmascist here ended up " borrowing " two from the hospital for me. But after that, Doctor will now take care of it. Yea! My problem is that I am being REALLY good following the diet; however, yesterday and today, I am feeling really weak. Any advice?

Get plenty of rest under very warm blankets (not electric though - but try to sleep hot as you can take it and still sleep) and drink lots, that's L-O-T-S of water. For many people who follow these diets tightly, early weakness is part of the cleansing process whereby your body is rebalancing itself from sugar/chemical highs and reactions to a more stable state. Just go with the flow awhile and don't fret over it unless it lasts more than a week or two. HTH BTW, good news about the Doc. Remember, the IV's can make you weak too - take it slow and eat well.
