IME, I'd say, get the bathroom nice and clean before you start - including clean bathroom rugs, etc, as you are going to be spending a lot of time in there - and clean helps - mentally speaking. Good luck. Hope the prep is not too rough. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids today and tomorrow morning before your final prep. I just drank plenty of chicken broth - and some coffee and tea, etc, the day before my last prep and it kept me surprisingly full. The D sounds like you are experiencing inflammation somewhere.
