Guest guest
Hi all, Harry is now clear of Psuedo, at least for the time being, and so the doctors have taken him off the cipro and nebs. However, he has now got a chesty cough and they have doubled his Flucluxcilin (sp?) to four times daily and it seems to be getting a little better. The dietician added Maxijule to his feeds just before Christmas because he was a little under weight (just below the 9th percentile) and now he is putting on weight each week and getting longer. He got oral thrush as well just before Christmas probably because of the enzymes but the medicine seems to be taking a while to clear that (babies don't realise that they are supposed to keep the medicine in their mouth not swallow it straight down!). No one else seems to mention their children getting this is it not a problem that happens a lot?
