Hi Everyone,

I am new today. I came acros the book, BTVC when I bought

the book, The 24 Hour Pharmacist, by Suzy Cohen. She had Lucy's

Kitchen in her book for the Almond Meal. I investigated more and

found BTVC. I have had many illnesses that are talked about here. I

have been sick since I was a preschooler. I am 47 years old now. I

started with IB and then hypoglycemia, mitro valve prolapse, then

food allergies, Interstitional Cystitist( ? spelling), then

Fibromyalgia. All the meds my doctor put me on were a disaster,

morphine, ultram, muscle relaxants,ambien, antidepressants,ect. I am

now off most. I am left with ultam, muscle relaxants, and ambien. I

want off this stuff. I started multivitamins and digestive enzymes,

calcium, magnesium, and fish oil. Thorne vitamins are the brand that

I use, (I think they are OK with BTVC plan). I am trying 5-htp also.

Serrapeptase I started too. I don't know what will work. I am not

eating potatoes, rice, pasta anymore. This was why I thought that the

BTVC would work. I have had D all my life. and it stopped when I

change my diet. I feel so much better. But I still have a way to go.

I am haveing trouble with Coke. I was drinking 6 cans a day. I am now

down to 1. If anyone has a idea let me know. Glutamine has been good

for my gut too. How do you all sleep? What helps? Thanks for all of

your input. This is a God Send!
