Guest guest
Hi Marilyn and all,Further to the excellent post about soaking or not soaking nuts (8/25/08 824am "bread crumb substitute")...We are just now discussing on the GAPShelp list the following question posted by one member: "When Elaine researched grains and pseudo-grains, was she researching those properly prepared* or only those conventionally-prepared?"*In this context, "properly prepared" meant soaking or fermenting, depending on the final product sought. I couldn't find anything in the knowledge base on this. Any info appreciated. Again, this person's question is specific to what state of grain Elaine researched in relation to digestion.Cheers,Baden
