sorry meant to say it was unplugged for about 6hours...yikes!! just

hope its not a waste of goat milk...

It should be okay - the yogurt continues to ferment at a lower

rate during that time - just add 6 hours back to the total.

(That is, as long as you haven't refrigerated it in the meanwhile.)

Thanks Mara,

It was in a warm kitchen anyhow so it would have taken longer to cool

down and I turned it back on so I guess it will be ok. Goats milk is

kinda expensive here in Italy so I was hoping not to waste it...phew!!!

my almond flour bread turned out great, so it wasn't all bad...haha
