Guest guest
It should be okay - the yogurt continues to ferment at a lower rate during that time - just add 6 hours back to the total. (That is, as long as you haven't refrigerated it in the meanwhile.) Guest guest
Thanks Mara, It was in a warm kitchen anyhow so it would have taken longer to cool down and I turned it back on so I guess it will be ok. Goats milk is kinda expensive here in Italy so I was hoping not to waste it...phew!!! my almond flour bread turned out great, so it wasn't all bad...haha Cheers > >> > >> hey, > >> > >> just a quick question.. > >> > >> I was making yogurt and it was on for about 18 hours and I unplugged > >> it by mistake(to use the socket for making bread...how ironic!) any > >> ideas if this would be still ok if plugged back in for a while or is > >> it dead now??? > >> > >> Hope you're all doing well.. > >> > >> cheers > >> > >> > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > > >
