It was 14 hours from the time he left the house until the time he got to the hotel room with his bags and all of his food was still cold/frozen. The hotel had the fridge in his room just like they said they would. And Marilyn, he tried the Alberta beef and said it was awesome and thanks for the suggestion. Thanks to everyone for all the suggestions. I was so nervous about the whole thing but it couldn't have gone any smoother thanks to all of you.
