You were just a sweet as could be and helpful to everyone as you usually are. I sure hope this week is a bowl of cherries for you. I hope you can get back to exercising. I hate doing it but it does make you feel better. Something accomplished. I know what you mean about the 250's. I can't wait to say sayanara too. I'm at a 255 hold for over a week now. I know you've been working so hard and to see it pay off on the scales is so rewarding. I'm sorry you had a bad cold and the fibro and all. A bad flu has been working it's nasty self around here. Here's hoping/praying that you feel right as rain, angel friend. I don't know what I'll do when I get below 300. It's been at least three years since I weighed less than that.
