Guest guest
My son is 7 1/2 with Crohn's. Tried so much since diagnosed 3 years ago without success. Started diet in May along with low dose naltrexone--best results. Pain in middle August--used allinea--anitiparisite (had sugar) and went from pain to mucus and bloody discharge. Now off of everything, back to intro, and now adding new foods. 1st--anyone take naltrexone? 2--still seeing a lot of mucus, bowel movements and pain--if we think the allinea messed things up--how long should I keep trying SCD before I say its just not working. Things were so good a month into the diet in June. Could it just have been the naltrexone that was helping and not the diet? I don't think so but any thoughts out there? please, please write back. Anybody have problems with honey? wondering if that could be hurting? thanks a lot, cher. Any foods to try and not to try?
