Guest guest
Hi ~I've been reading about cheese & scd & see that it's recommended that the cheese be aged. Does anyone have a specific type of goat cheese they'd recommend ? I just received my new yogurt maker & will make my own cheese, and, sometimes it would be great to just be able to buy some.Thank you, brand new to scd :-) Sharon, Is the under $5 in materials worth not throwing it out? I just made a killer batch using half Half and Half and half 2% milk and FAGE yogurt and added Vons brand almond extract (sounded legal!) and sweet -n- low. Thanks everyone for your input!
