Guest guest
Just passing along some info. here in case someone else finds it useful...According to the food science or nutrition department at Woodstock Farms, their dry roasted almond butter doesn't invovlve any other illegal "stuff"...I only got a verbal and not written statement from them...and they told me it was also gluten free for my purposes...FYI in case anyone wants to get the letter...I am not advocating the product, just sharing personal research experience...have a nice weekend. -------------- Original message -------------- I'm not sure the Maranatha almond butter would be permitted on SCD. I question the dry roasting process in particular, although frankly I don't trust anything made by anyone else. ..
