Guest guest Posted October 19, 2008 Report Share Posted October 19, 2008 I've been on SCD now for over a year and I still can't tolerate any almond flour, or pecan flour for that matter, baked good...I can tolerate almond butter, cashew butter and pecan butter, but not if they are baked into baked goods - go figure! Have you tried baking with the butters vs. the flours? Or maybe try making your own blanched almond butter? -------------- Original message -------------- Curious how long it took everyone to tolerate almond goods.
