As far as I understood, that rule applied just to SCD books since we are part of the main commercial outlet for SCD cookbooks and if many recipes are reproduced on the lists, it reduces the incentive to buy the books for some people. I don't think, as far as I've seen, that it applies to recipe books from other traditions.
