Take some extra Lyosan and drink some activated charcoal!!

thanks jodi sorry i thought i wrote back - never had the activated

charoal and store was probably closed so i went with extra lyosan -

haven't thought of that - BM was loose this a.m. and a bit nauseous

today on/off but i am at the end of a flare so i hope it's just going

to be fine - can't believe it - we try to be so careful - it must

have just flown as he wiped up the spilled powder!!!
