Guest guest
Hi Baden, I thought awhile back--I wonder how many go on to become Sous Chefs :-)? I have some cuisinart silver knives and my mom got me a sharpener at a kitchen place. You may want to look on-line. You just slide the knife through and it's very, very sharp. I'll try to get more info--where and how much if you want more info. And the name. Debbie 39 crohn's > I've been chopping up to 20 cups of veggies per day. Guest guest
Again, I would recommend a Mandolin. Even though you think of it as slicing, if you put in the right blade that has teeth on it you get chopped. Love my Mandolin! They range in price from $20.00 - $100.00. I have a Vadalia Chop Wizard from Bed, Bath & Beyond...approximately $20.00...love it! Sharon > > I've been chopping up to 20 cups of veggies per day.
