Caroline,Thank you for this info!  I also wrote Welches and they told me that the Ascorbic Acid was a crystal form, but they neglected to tell me what the process was to make the crystals, even though I specifically told them I was concerned about added sugars.  I had suspected that the grape juice was a problem, but I stopped worrying about it after receiving my letter from them.  Now I realize that my suspicions were right.   Thank you!DannyNot good news from them. According to a spokesperson from Welch's, their 100% Welch's Grape Juice, which lists as ingredients: Grape Juice from concentrate (Filtered Water, grape Juice concentrate), Grape Juice, Ascorbic Acid, (Vitamin c): "Ascorbic acid (Vit c) is added in the form of dry crystals manufactured by a biological fermentation process using corn sugars as raw materials." The rep to whom I spoke said they no longer made a product that doesn't have anything added. Does this mean Welch's Grape Juice is out also?Caroline
