Is the employer willing to put exactly what you have said in a

signed letter to you ?

If they are, a good starting point is social security

disability office and the employment office. Sometimes under

pressure the employer will find another way once these offices have

contacted them. The unemployment office may make a referral to a

trained disabilities counsellor who may be able to either work with

your present employer or find a job where this is less of an issue.

If none of this works, then this letter is a first step in building a

case for disability benefits, which may be temporary until you can

find employment which can work around your needs.

(Who obtained full disability for her son a year ago without an

attorney........The system works, it's just convoluted and difficult

on purpose)
