So once again I am attempting at reintroducing probiotics.

Dripped yogurt caused havoc and now I am onto trying S. Bouardii again

as I feel it might help bacterial and yeast over-growth.

I have a very hard time introducing any type of probiotic- I do the

slow and steady route each time.

A couple of weeks ago I tried and 1/8 of a teaspoon of dripped goat

yogurt- about 2 hours later I felt someone punched me in the belly and

that I got the flu. It was pretty much gone with-in a day in a half.

So, I didn't try it again.

Now I am trying the S Boulardii. I took about a 1/5 of a capsule and

I feel exhausted and I feel crampy like uncomfortable.

Is there any kind of way to avoid this reaction??

It is always hard for me to reintroduce the probiotics but usually

once I do I start feeling dramatically better and I feel it is a key

in my over-all improvement!

It just is such pay off to get to that point and I just don't feel I

can afford making myself sick like this. I need to shop, prep food,

cook, clean the kitchen and I have appointments and stuff to do.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jodi
