Guest guest Posted October 3, 2008 Report Share Posted October 3, 2008 I enjoy 2 delicious (sometimes 3- I know not good) cups of green tea every day. I buy very good quality organic whole young leaves. I would like to have a tea to drink at night especially now since the weather is getting chilly. Fresh mint makes me sick. Ginger in water makes me sick too. I thought maybe dry mint leaves might be ok? But, I keep seeing whole mint leaves with added lavender. Anyone have a yummy super legal suggestion?
