F.Y.I....through my job ( I'm a secretary for an ND) I've researched cirtric acid and 99% of the time it's from corn!! So if you react to corn (I do!) you are likely to react to citric acid ...many companies "claim" that the processing removes the allergen --malarky!! lol...anywhoo, the only buffered C i've been able to find to bring into Canada is thorne's buffered C ...it is made from tapioca ( which I know is SCD Illegal) but i don't react to it ...hth, gisele
