SCD Pot Luck Picnic at Lake , VA (reminder)

Hi All,

Well time is approaching for the first annual SCD pot luck picnic at

Lake , VA. I'm reposting this invitation for a reminder that

this is open to anyone interested and the more the merrier! We've

had a nice responce back in July and would like to get a head count

now that the time is getting closer. Everything is still the

same..time, date, etc. Please email me if you are coming so we can

all make plans.

We are excited to meet all of you.......please come and have a

wonderful day at the lake with NO food worries....all will be SCD

compliant.

The original invitation was posted earlier. It will be on Sept 13th

from 11am until?. There will be swimming, kayak, boating and fire

pit. Our main goal is to have a wonderful relaxing day on the lake

and have a safe SCD legal food environment for all. Please bring a

SCD side dish or desert, etc. with the recipe written out for all to

copy...or bring copies for everyone! Please email me at
