Guest guest
Seven tablets is a lot for your body to take. I was on 8 and took 4 on a Friday night and 4 on Saturday morning. I then took Leucovorin Saturday night and that worked well for me. Talk to you doctor or pharmacist about this. I didn't feel sick when I did it this way. Good luck. Let us know how you are doing. - > > Two weeks ago when I took 8 MTX tabs, I felt pretty good afterward. > Last week, it knocked me out for days. (It means I have to get up and go to the bathroom several times during the night, and everytime I go I drink another pint of water. It helps to flush the MTX out of your system after it does its thing.)
Guest guest
Sharon I take my MTX on Wednesday nights (my "yucky" medicine night) and go immediately to bed. By morning, most of the effects are gone. I drink extra water on Wednesdays and Thursdays just in case.
